Terms & Conditions of Sale for KSA

1.   No exchange will be considered without the original invoice enclosed in the return box.
2.   If the wrong item was received, a seven (7) days exchange guarantee from the date of receipt is given, provided that the merchandise is as new, complete with box and packaging and in re-sellable condition. If the products are used or opened, then no exchange is possible.
3.   If a product is broken or damaged, it can be sent back for exchange for the same item within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.
4.   Exchange will only be made, if stock is available. If stock is not available, you will receive a refund in the same way the original purchase was done. The refund will be initiated immediately, but please note that it will appear on your credit card statement only within the next billing circuit.
5.   Keep the complete box and packaging if you intend to exchange within the specified exchange period.
6.   Exchange can be done only by sending the item with the original packing back to the following address at your expenses: ARAMEX Logistics Warehouse, Exit 16, Sulai near Dallah driving school, Riyadh, K.S.A, C/O Citruss TV
7.   If the product is returned after seven (7) days from the date of receipt, Citruss TV is not obligated to exchange the product or refund you.
8.   8. If a product comes with a 30-day-money-back guarantee, the money claim back can only be done under the following conditions: (1)The product purchased using credit card. (2) The product is in its original condition. (3) The product is returned to Citruss TV in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the item. If any of these conditions is not fulfilled, no refund can be done. You will receive a refund less the delivery costs in the same way the original purchase was done. The refund will be initiated immediately, but please note that it will appear on your credit card statement only within the next billing circuit.
9.   All products and services sold by Citruss TV are subject to any applicable warranties and representations of their respective manufacturers. Accordingly, Citruss TV makes no representation or warranty with respect to any product or service sold.
