How to use:
- Just click the floating metal disc and the liquid will crystallize and the pack will become warm.
- When done heat the pack in water for 2-10 minutes until all of the crystals melt back into a liquid again.
The activation and recharging of the heat pack can be repeated for well over a hundred times.
